Duration: 126 hours (42 days- 3 hours/day)

Additionally, requirements specific to the organization of placement are to be covered in the Syllabus.

    Business Process Management

    1.  Technical Support Executive(Voice)
    2. Technical Support Executive (Non voice)
    3. Associate – CRM
    4. Associate – Customer Care- (Non-Voice)
    5. Sales/ Pre-Sales Executive

    Finance 

    1. Associate- Financial and Transactional Accounting
    2. Equity Dealer

BPO

Per Student: INR 30,000

Finance

Per Student: INR 35,000

Per Batch: Depends on Batch size (Assured 20% Discount)

(50% to be paid at the time of training. Remaining 50% to be paid post-placement)
